Front living room features 2 x 2.5 Seater lounges and a double sofa bed, 42" LCD and DVD player
- Bedroom configuration: Bed 1- King Size bed, Bed 2- Queen Bed, Bed 3- Bunk bed with double below a single above. Additional sofa bed in front living room
- 2 way modern bathroom with bath, shower and toilet
- 2nd toilet is located off the laundry (property has 2 toilets)
- Split system air conditioner/heater in main living room and additional split system in master bedroom for your comfort
- Fully enclosed yard providing added safety for kids and pets
- Long wide driveway specifically designed for boat access with wide access gates
